Gulf Metal Foundry LLC (“Foundry”, “GMF”, “we”, “us”), a member of the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group (“ESAG”), is committed to protecting your privacy online. Gulf Metal Foundry LLC is specialized in producing bespoke castings as per client’s requirements.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This privacy Notice (“Policy”) describes the privacy practices for www.foundry.ae (“Website”). The policy outlines in which manner Personal Data of users (“Customers”, “you”) is collected, stored, disclosed through the Website and secured against misuse. It further identifies how Customers can correct any inaccuracies in the Personal Data provided.

Personal data collected by GMF may be combined with personal data of the other ESAG customers, and that combined personal data may be used by GMF and other members of the ESAG to operate, provide, develop, and improve their products and services.

5. WHY AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We may retain certain information collected from you while you are a Customer of GMF, and in certain cases where you have deleted your account, for the following reasons to:

  • Use our Websites;
  • Ensure that we do not communicate with you if you have asked us not to;
  • Provide you with a refund, if entitled and where applicable;
  • Better understand the traffic to our Websites so that we can provide all members with the best possible experience;
  • Detect and prevent abuse of our Websites, illegal activities and breaches of our Terms and Conditions of GMF services; and
