Manual molding for big castings
Core Making:
Five ton per hour Omega mixer for mixing resin sand
Shell core shooters
Heavy cores are manufactured in resin-bonded sand.
Sand Reclamation:
Moulds are knocked out and sand is mechanically reclaimed, cooled and
reused.
